Nice to here that everything went okay today but I sure feel bad for Cora when she gets her shots. As she gets older it won't be as bad and when she is 21 yrs old, it will be a different kind of shot and then she won't mind. It was fun this weekend helping Ben out with the doors because at least he will learn from experience then by a book. The book will show you how to do it but doesn't say what to do if you have problems and on the job training is the best.
I know that Cora will enjoy her wagon and there will be better days where you will be able to go out. After awhile she will want to go all the time. Shadow is laying by my feet as I am typing this. What a spoiled dog but I wouldn't have it any other way. Take care and we will talk to you later. Grandpa Karasch

We miss our niece very much and think of her all the time. She has grown so much and developed such a wonderful personality. We can't wait to see her again on Sunday in her beautiful Easter dress. Linda had a real nice time with you guys and I thank you for letting her stay there. I knew she wasn't going to be home early but thats ok. It keeps her out of my hair. I was thinking that she has gone through more things in her first three months of life than I have gone through my first 12 years. Isn't the spirit and resiliance of little babies amazing? They sure can keep us lifted up and inspired when we might not otherwise be feeling it. That Cora is a superstar and so cute. Grateful to hear about today's success and always keeping you all in close in thoughts. Oh, and Ben just said you'll be getting something from us as soon as we get from Mildy our tax lady (probably in the next day or so). Perhaps you'd want a visitor and I could drop off personally....

It will be a little treat for having those bulky casts-it will kind of be like "the light at the end of the tunnel" (painted toes at the end of the casts). You can probably find a "safe" nail color at a health store-I'll look.

We'll miss seeing you on Christmas and I respect where you are coming from! I'm just glad you won't be spending the holiday in the hospital (I'm prayerfully optimistic, especially since you didn't have to make a trip to the ER sun night/early mon). But i am also so sad that I haven't even seen Cora in person yet. I laughed out loud when I saw the pic of her smiling-she is the spitting image of Ben in that picture! I continue to think and pray for you often. Paula, are you wearing any shoes in your last picture? I can't see them,he he. You look marvelous. Ben, be sure to e-mail Jane and I when she is born on the 20th (my guess). We are so happy everything is going so well.That little girl will be so lucky with wonderful parents and family you both have. My little granddaughter is absolutely the best and is growing up way to fast. She is now 7-months and says grandma already (no, just kidding, but I'm working on it). Good luck to both of you. I just wanted to tell you that we have been thinking of you and praying for you since we heard of your pregnancy. I haven't kept up with your blog page, but will try to now that I finally got into it and read all the messages. I know you are going to have a beautiful baby who is very lucky to have the two of you for parents. God does work in mysterious ways. I would also tell Ben not to worry about not being able to shop the day after Thanksgiving. Taking care of yourself and the baby is gift enough to all your relatives and friends. Having a new baby is the best Christmas present of all. May God continue to bless you and keep good care of you and your baby.

It is really wonderful to hear that you have such a great boss, Ben. That makes me happy.
10-14 days in the hospital is a lot less than I would've guessed. It will be hard but I think the hospital staff will treat you very well!
